• Payment information: Processed securely through Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.

• Communications: Messages you send to us via email, contact forms, or customer support channels

• Onboarding information: Business details, branding assets, MLS credentials (processed on your behalf, not retained beyond setup)

• Usage data: Pages visited, features used, time spent, click patterns

• Device and browser data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers

• Business verification data from public real estate license databases (NY Open Data, NYDOS)

4.1 Service Providers

We share information with trusted third-party providers who help us deliver our services, including:

• GoHighLevel: Our CRM platform provider

• Stripe: Payment processing

• Google: Analytics and business tools

• Twilio: SMS delivery (via GoHighLevel)

• SPARK API / Apify: MLS data integration

All service providers are bound by data processing agreements and are prohibited from using your data for their own purposes.

4.2 Legal Requirements

We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights or the safety of others.

4.3 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of substantially all of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to equivalent privacy protections.

5. Data We Process on Behalf of Clients

When you use our services, we process contact data (names, phone numbers, emails of your leads and clients) on your behalf as a data processor. You are the data controller for this information.

We process this data only as instructed by you to deliver our services. We do not use your contacts' data for our own marketing or share it with third parties except as necessary to deliver the automation services you have requested.

6. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

• Analytics data: Retained in anonymized form for up to 26 months

In accordance with the New York SHIELD Act, we will notify affected individuals promptly in the event of a data breach involving your private information.
